I went in to get a some product. They asked what I was looking for so I said flower do you have any on sale? The worker “Neal” took a deep breath and told me only one of the items on sale after a little bit of waiting for him to let me know if anything else was one sale he finally brought up a second item on sale. So I told him I wanted the first product and he started ignoring me and having personal conversations with someone when he finally decided to get back to work he came up and asked me again what I wanted so I told him again. He’s very unprofessional and should focus on working when he’s on the clock instead of ignoring customers and have personal conversations

had an amazing experience thanks to Isaiah—seriously one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to ask questions, understand my preferences, and explain the different options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was his knowledge. Isiah clearly knows his stuff—he broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt confident in my choices. Whether it was explaining strains, effects, or product differences, he was patient and thorough the entire time. On top of that, his attitude made the whole visit even better. He’s got a great vibe—professional but also super personable, which made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. I left feeling taken care of and happy with my purchase, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the service I received. If you’re stopping by, I highly recommend asking for Isiah—you won’t be disappointed. 5 stars all the way!
